This silage tarp by Ginegar is a thick, 4 Mil Plastic can be re-used for many years.   It's used to prep your seed beds and grow naturally.  By using this to kill weeds and prevent weed seeds from germinating, you will use fewer or no harsh herbacides.

Lack of air and light creates a 'stale' seed bed aiding in a quick turn around time.   The black color absorbs more sunlight, creating heat which helps to quickly germinate and kill weeds under the tarp through a process called "occulatation".
