Compact raised bed mulch layers are ideal for the Grower with a smaller tractor.  This small machine only requires a 30 HP Tractor!
These small plastic mulch layers are the easiest machines to use on the market. They make a nice raised bed, about 4″ tall. In one run, you will lay the plastic and drip tape over prepared soil.  The RB-448 machine offers an optional Stainless-Steel Hopper which dispenses dry fertilizer under the plastic as you go down the row.

FEATURES
- The Drip Tape Irrigation attachments feature an Adjustable Feed in tube and tension adjustment. Flat free/foam filled press wheels.
- Single Drip Attachment = Holds one roll of drip tape.   Can later be converted to a double drip attachment if desired.
- Double Drip Attachment = Holds two rolls of drip tape.  Can be used with only one when desired.
- Shapes Beds: 4″ High , Weight: 48″ machine weighs 850 lbs.
- Requirements:Â 30 HP Tractor ~Â Â Category 1 Hitch
- Crowned Bed makes your bed a little higher in the center so that the water runs off the beds.
- Adjustable tension on plastic roll and independent spring loaded press wheels ensure plastic is stretched tightly.
- Cover disks are independently spring-loaded and fully adjustable. Â Plastic is covered where needed to hold it in place!
- Dirt Shields – only included with the 48″ Machine.
- Teflon lined bed press gives a smooth, pressed seed bed and eliminates pot holes.

–For approximately the same freight cost, you can add Items to your Order of an RB-448, such as 2 rolls Plastic Mulch and a roll of Drip Tape or Garden Kit. However, if your add on items weigh more than 500 lbs, you will likely need a 2nd pallet.  —
These are in stock in Virginia at our store and we welcome you to come by and shop!  We have plenty of machines here.
— Lift Gates can be added for unloading if you are unable to unload the pallet from Freight Truck.  That means the driver will unload for you onto your property.  This is an additional $40-$85.  We work to get the best freight quote possible!
