Limitation of Warranty
Berry Hill gives no warranties express or implied, except those expressed by the manufacturer of the product. The purchaser agrees that Berry Hill Irrigation, Inc.’s limit of liability for all claims for loss or damage due to any cause shall not exceed the invoice price of the product in question. Many warranties are covered by the manufacturer, not Berry Hill. When possible we will assist with a replacement, but some vendors require direct contact.
Our Location
We are centrally located in Southern VIRGINIA, right on the NC Border! We are in Buffalo Junction, just outside of Clarksville, VA. We are directly on Hwy 58 and about an hour North of Raleigh, NC.

Urgent Orders: If you need something QUICKLY or OVERNIGHT, CALL in your order! Or call after placing it. We try to ship urgently, but being a small business, we might be limited. Your location also impacts the shipping options available.

Note on Wire Transfers and Checks: They may delay your shipment as we await payment clearance. When using a check, you authorize a one-time electronic fund transfer or processing as a check transaction.

Receiving Your Order
- Orders are shipped out quickly, often within 24 hours or less.
- Thoroughly inspect your package before accepting.
- Do not sign for damaged goods or equipment.Â
- Notify us of any damage or missing items immediately.Â
- If a package or pallet is damaged, we will make every attempt to resolve the issue. Â When necessary, we will file a claim with the 3rd party shipper.Â
Return Policy
- Our goal is your satisfaction.
- Notify us within 30 days if you’re unsatisfied.
- We cannot accept the return of products whose integrity has been compromised by attempted repairs. Alterations negate any warranties expressed or implied.
- Returns may be subject to restocking fees or manufacturer’s warranty.
- Special Note on Returns: Electrical Products and Irrigation Pumps have limited return options.
- Opened or used items require special approval.Â
- Shipping charges aren’t refundable.Â
- Special order items need approval for returns.
Pricing and Fees

- FREE Shipping applies only to the 48 US Contiguous States.
- We try to use the most economical and safe shipping method.
- We ship most orders from our warehouse in Virginia.  Note: Bench Tops are not in stock at our retail store.

- Security:Â We guarantee secure online transactions on the Berry Hill Irrigation, Inc website.
- Sales Tax:Â Collected for orders shipped to Virginia unless you have an Agricultural Exemption Status.
- Intellectual Property & Termination: Our site’s content is protected under international copyright laws. We reserve the right to terminate your site access.
- Privacy & Links: Your privacy is our priority. Our site may contain third-party links, but we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
- Changes to This Agreement:Â We may modify these Terms of Service. Continual use of the site implies acceptance of new terms.
Promotional Materials: Creating an account means you may receive promotional materials. You can opt-out at any time.
Order Processing
Our team begins processing an order shortly after it is placed.  Orders are shipped out quickly, often within 24 hours or less.  If you wish to make a change, call us immediately. We ship orders Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
Once your order is in the hands of a third-party shipping carrier, we no longer have control over the shipment or delivery schedule.Â
