100 Foot Roll of Hold Down Netting to make Rock Bags.

This is a 100 foot roll of Hold Down Netting used in Frost Protection.  Our netting is used to make Rock Bags, commonly for strawberries.  The bags hold rock, which holds down your Frost Blankets, keeping them in place without the rips or tears that other methods cause in your blankets.

Cut, Make a "Bag" and Fill with 3/4" or larger size Large Gravel or Rocks.

    Cut 4'-5' of netting and make a bag by tying a knot in both ends
    Fill the bag with rocks for weighing down the row covers.
    Space bags approximately every 10 feet.

We highly recommend that you request regional recommendations from your extension office or local university.  For the south, NC State University has years of research on planting, growing and protecting strawberry plants from pre-plant to harvest.
